I once thought about what would it be like living in those apartments by the beach, but they were right next to this night club. The site should provide an explanation of the proper steps to go about completing the form. In the meantime, you should line your ducks in a row or plainly, get your evidence together and file a record of the nuisance. They will use this document as a part of their investigation into your complaint.
If your case is legitimate, the authorities will serve a Noise Abatement Notice. This will prevent the business from future annoyances. If the owner ignores the warning and advice, this now becomes a criminal conduct issue and is handled accordingly.
